Our dress neckline change service is designed to provide customers with a new look for their dress.

You don’t have to mark you alterations if you plan to come to our studio, a member of our team can assist you.

Postal: To ensure the best results, we ask that customers provide us with a clean garment, and mark or fold the desired neckline themselves before shipping it.

Please ensure to check our "before sending guide" for instructions on how to properly prepare your dress for alteration.
If you are unsure about how to mark or fold the desired neckline, we offer the option to book a technician visit or get in touch with our team for help.
Please note that while we will do our best to maintain the original finish of the dress, but it is not guaranteed.

If your dress is made from a unique fabric or has embellishments, there may be an extra handling charge. Check out the special dresses alterations for your reference.
