Our jacket/coat sleeve shortening service is designed to provide customers with the perfect fit for their outerwear. There is an option to do it from the cuff or from the shoulder.

You don’t have to mark you alterations if you come to studio, a member of our team can assist you.

For postal:To ensure the best results, we ask that customers provide us with a clean garment, and mark or fold the desired length themselves before shipping it.

If you are unsure about how to mark or fold the desired length, we offer the option to book a technician visit, get in touch with our team, or visit our studio if you are local.
Please note that while we will do our best to maintain the original finish of the jacket or coat, it is not guaranteed.
If your jacket or coat is made from a unique fabric or has trimmings, there may be an extra handling charge. Please contact us if you are unsure about this before shipping your garment.
Please also note that there are some risks associated with this service. We cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during the alteration process, and if the customer's marking or folding is not correct, we will not be able to guarantee the desired outcome.
